The doctoral degree in Fisheries and Marine Science with an specialization in Fisheries and Marine Product Technology was gained at University of Brawijaya, Malang, East Java with a total duration, 3 years and 9 months.

Additionally, an encouragement from parents, husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren has also been a motivation to complete the studies.
